Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 7 days to proceed exchange or refund in a form of cash.

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.

REFUNDS

Here's how our cash refund policy works:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know that you would like to initiate a refund.

2. Make sure the item(s) you wish to return are new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached using the same packaging that we used to send the goods.

3. Fill out the “Refund Form” provided below to proceed the refund.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.

4. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

We will provide the refund via bank transfer or other agreed-upon method.

Please note that the original shipping fees, tax fees, and any potential customs charges are non-refundable. Additionally, in case of a return, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

EXCHANGES

Here's how our exchange policy works:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know that you would like to initiate a refund.

2. Make sure the item(s) you wish to exchange is/ are new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached using the same packaging that we used to send the goods.

3. Fill out the “Exchange Form” provided below to proceed the exchange.

5. Within 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
If everything checks out, our customer support will contact you through email or any provided phone number to process the exchange.

Exchange Options

You can choose one of the following exchange options:
a) Exchange for a different size: We will ship the requested size once we receive and inspect the return.
b) Exchange for a different color or style: Subject to availability, we will send you the desired item once we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back for an exchange.

Damaged Items

If you receive any damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide us a description, clear photos of the damaged item, and an unboxing video.

We will arrange a return label and initiate a replacement for the damaged item.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or if the item shows signs of wear or alteration.
